H Leather Jackets (HLJ) aims to process and deliver orders as efficiently as possible while providing a transparent and reliable shopping experience.
FREE SHIPPING IS ONLY FOR US, UK AND CANADA
Free shipping is available for orders delivered to the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada. Shipping charges apply to all other destinations.
We strive to dispatch orders promptly and provide customers with accurate shipping information throughout the delivery process.
Orders may be fulfilled from one of our warehouse or production locations depending on product availability and the delivery destination.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Our daily order processing cut-off time is 9:00 AM Pacific Time (PT). Orders placed before 9:00 AM PT are typically processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 9:00 AM PT, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that order processing times are separate from shipping and delivery estimates.
Most orders are delivered within approximately 10 to 13 business days after payment has been successfully processed. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs procedures.
All the deliveries and shipping are made on the addresses provided by the customers. Customers are requested to mention correct full addresses with email addresses while making purchase.
A picture is sent to the customer, if it is requested by them before dispatch. This process will make it easier to avoid inconvenience.
We used very reliable services like DHL, FedEx, sky-net, and USPS. If an order has not been dispatched within 20 days of payment confirmation, customers may contact us to request an update or discuss available options, including a refund where applicable. At this time, we do not ship to certain destinations due to shipping restrictions, customs limitations, or regulatory requirements. These destinations currently include Russia, Israel, India, Brazil, Iran, Iraq, OFAC-restricted territories, and other sanctioned countries. This list may change without prior notice.
If more than one product is ordered from our website we try to ship it in a single parcel, but sometimes due to customized orders or a difference in order, Orders containing multiple items may occasionally be shipped in separate packages depending on product availability, customization requirements, or warehouse location. Customers will be notified by email if multiple shipments are necessary. As the payment is received the customer is informed by email.
After the product is dispatched, you’ll be sent a tracking code. Customers are advised to keep a check on the shipment status. In case of your absence at the receiving time, you can reschedule the shipment by contacting the courier company directly.
Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment tracking information and coordinating delivery with the courier where necessary. Parcels that are returned or discarded due to repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts may incur additional shipping charges for reshipment.
The tracking code you’ll be provided with will have a digit-based tracking number, the date on which the order is dispatched and the expected delivery date. Customers are advised to keep themselves updated with the tracking code after dispatch notification.
Due to the privacy policy and customer’s safety generally, we don’t deliver to the following addresses: APO, FPO and PO box.
Certain deliveries may require a signature upon receipt for security and delivery confirmation purposes.
Expedite/Urgent Shipments
We do provide the services of expedited shipping. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge of $25. Most expedited orders are delivered within approximately 7 to 9 business days; however, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs procedures.
