A Netflix US thriller drama series, 13 Reasons Why? is adapted from the novel of the same name by Jay Asher. The story narrates a girl who decided to quit because of the lack of support she needed from school, family, and friends. She was continuously harassed and bullied at school. Justin Foley’s character is played by Brandon Flynn. Justin was the very first student mentioned by Hannah in her videotapes. Foley is a homeless drug addict adopted by Clay’s parents.
