This parka arrived today. It was warm, roomy, good look and I thought the only problem I had was that the side hand pockets were a bit snug , that was until I sat in my car and the stitching ripped apart down the side. As I said it was roomy, but the stitching is sub-standard. It’s terrible and I’m not sure how I can return the coat because I cut the labels off when I saw it was a good fit and looked good on me.

The material is very soft and buttery, and the lining is well made also.
