The jacket was quite good and up to the standard. I know all of you guys must have been horrified after hearing this because of the impression that online sites has given to all of us. Anyways I’m not going to talk about the jacket. Instead I’m going to share the wonderful experience that I’d with the operators from here. The thing is I got the jacket at the time promised but the problem was that it was a defected piece. It had a huge red mark on the back and I was absolutely terrified! But thanks to Emiley, with whom I’d a conversation here as she assured me to not worry and that they won’t let me down. And they didn’t! Within 3 days the rider came back with a brand new jacket and took the defected one away. Amazing staff!

One of my concerns when I ordered this jacket was whether it would be the same color as what I was seeing on my computer. Colors may not be the same when viewed on your computer as they are when you receive the actual item based on how well your computer renders colors. On my laptop, the inner lapel looks like a light brown color but I was surprised to find that the color was exactly the same when I received the jacket. IT gives the jacket a very rich and casual look. My other concern was the size. My chest measures 44″ so I ordered the X-Large and couldn’t be more pleased with its fit. Even though the jacket is surprising warm, it still had enough room to wear a heavy sweater under it for an extremely comfortable fit. The sleeves were just the right length but the one aspect of the jacket that elicits the most compliments are the buttons! Make sure you take a close look at the jacket you are ordering to ensure that you are ordering one that has the type of buttons that you want. They don’t all come with the same buttons! I have been considering buying other products aswell
